ER Urgent Care Centers Announces Election of New President

MIAMI  -- ER Urgent Care Centers announces that its board of directors has elected Mark Solomon as the new president of ER Urgent Care Holdings and DoctorsFamilyMedicalCenters.

Solomon, a prominent south Florida attorney since 1979, is a member of the company’s board of directors. He has also served on the board of numerous publicly traded companies.
